Pricing
- Base Fee (includes first 5 members, including the Administrator): $350
✛ The Administrator is considered a full CMS member with all benefits.
✛ The Administrator is also responsible for updating the group roster and receiving renewal alerts. - For each additional member beyond the first 5, the following flat rates apply based on total group size:
| Total Group Size | Additional Member Rate |
| 6 – 15 members | $60 per additional member |
| 16 – 25 members | $55 per additional member |
| 26 – 35 members | $50 per additional member |
| 36 – 45 members | $45 per additional member |
| 46 or more members | Flat rate of $2,150 (no per-member fee) |
Examples:
- 8 members → $350 + (3 × $60) = $530
- 18 members → $350 + (13 × $55) = $1,065
- 30 members → $350 + (25 × $50) = $1,600
- 40 members → $350 + (35 × $45) = $1,925
- 50 members → $2,150 (flat rate)
